"A Tale of Spring's Sorrow"

When flowers bloom, we are not together,
When petals fall, we don't cry together,
If asked when I miss you,
It's when the flowers bloom and fall.

​

With grass, I thread a heart so fine,
To give to one I call mine.
Spring bids farewell, leaves me behind,
While birds sing on, unknowing my sorrows.

​

The flowers wither, fading fast,
Uncertain dates, our future's cast.
I can't be with my love, my aim,
The grass heart I made, all in vain.

​

How can I bear to see flowers in bloom,
When each blossom deepens my heart's gloom?
In the morning, tears fall as I wash my face,

Spring breeze do you know my feelings?
